Well, the lovely Kate Moss I am happy to say is going to be the face of MANGO's Spring ad campaign! Mango is a Barcelona-based company who's designs are gorgeous. LookBook recently had a competition to see who would be Mango's IT girl. The brand is always striving to have only well-known models as the face of campaigns. Past campaigns from the brand have featured Elizabeth Hurley and Scarlet Johansson.
A spokeswoman from the company said the Mango girl must be "fashion icon who is famous worldwide and widely recognized." Kate Moss definitely fits the position then.
Kate Moss has had some career and can never be confused with any other model. Her career once took off and still never landed, she literally just keeps soaring. Her edginess and beauty are the dangerous combo runways desire.
For the Mango campaign, Moss will be photographed by Terry Richardson once again. The line is said to be very light with vibrant colors, pleated coral skirts and more! Both Moss and Mango are excited about the pairing and are anxious for the campaign to hit the public! I'm excited to see this come to life as well.
